About the event
You are invited to join in a healing journey in rhythm using the surdo as our medium of expression, mindfulness and trance.
Rhythm, rhythm, rhythm: surdo, grelot, caxixi and you! Use your beautiful voice to connect to everyone and everything.
Potluck lunch Saturday. We provide soup for lunch, coffee, tea, snacks etc. You bring the rest.
This workshop's mission is to feel into spaces and places in your rhythm landscape!
