Letting go of expectations-- What demand do I put on myself when I am learning something ?
I invite you to use this intensive to examine how you learn. Are you kind to yourself? How about patient?
It takes time to learn a new language... and intensives are a deep dive, immersing yourself, flooding the linear mind. No time to think. It's happening. Let GO!
Class time will involve hanging out in various polyrhythms and playing them on a variety of percussion instruments.... while moving.... while singing!
Here's an opportunity to experience deep joy and inner stillness in the midst of activity.
On Saturday lunch we will provide a soup or stew... and please bring other food items to share.
