About the event
Each gathering is an immersion into 3-dimensional learning-- including:
- left-right independence, with hand percussion.
- a variety of STEPPING patterns.
- singing while drumming.
- lots of different drums
The point in this work is not to "get it right".... it's to become more fluid and relaxed as you learn.
Although we'll play with drums and play a variety of percussive toys, the BODY is your main instrument of learning.
We will cram in as much as possible in our two days together.
Lunch together on Saturday... We provide soup, or a stew and please contribute to the potluck.
