About the event
What do we need to learn in order to play together? First and foremost, we need to establish an agreement to synchronize our tempo and movements.
Drum music-making is a remarkable experience that requires both intention to be present and a willingness to be led. Synchronization, or becoming "one drum," occurs naturally when we listen, connect to the pulse, and engage with one another.
This class also incorporates exercises designed to strengthen the core and upper body.
