About the event
This is a boot camp in experiencing rhythm in the body, or on the surdo, standing, or sitting drums!
Each day we will add different layer in learning. Each lesson builds on itself.
Thinking takes a back seat. An inner spatial understanding moves forward in our awareness .
Sometimes, we'll drum.
Other times we drum and step/dance with our drums.
