About the event
Here (this class) is an embodied way of finding rhythm.
At first, it’s very challenging!
But it’s within your grasp. Sometimes we do exercise exercises where we’re standing with the drums, and sometimes we’re sitting with the drums. We learn rhythms faster and we can build better and better technique and strength.
This classes offered by donation. Suggested sliding scale is $10 to $25..
