Theme: BEING TRANSPARENT IN RHYTHM: A TAKETINA EXPERIENCE

Info: Wear comfortable clothing, in layers to adjust to temperature differences (moving around vs. staying still). You can do the workshop barefoot, or wear comfortable indoor shoes if you feel you'll need foot or ankle support. If you plan to wear dance/movement shoes for the workshop, please bring them along and change from your outdoor shoes. A floor mat or blanket is optional, for lying on the floor at the end of each journey. No drums needed for this workshop.
